We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our team at Catherine Deane London.
- To provide support and information to customers by phone, email and face to face
- Running bridal appointments
- Sales administration
- Assisting RTW customers as required
- Assisting with shows, sample sales and other events as required
- General housekeeping and office organisation
- Assisting with stock takes, quality checks and adhoc supportive tasks
- Luxury retail experience with a background in bridal is a plus
- Friendly, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Organised and diligent
- Keen ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers across all departments
- Capacity for attention to detail
- A true passion for providing an excellent customer experience and building strong relationships with customers.
- The role is dynamic and varied and requires a responsible candidate with great reasoning skills who strives for efficiency and using initiative
- Excellent communication & customer relationship management skills
- Team player
- Strong problem solving and reasoning skills.
