Bridal Stylist and Sales Support

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our team at Catherine Deane London.

Role Overview:

  • To provide support and information to customers by phone, email and face to face
  • Running bridal appointments
  • Sales administration
  • Assisting RTW customers as required
  • Assisting with shows, sample sales and other events as required
  • General housekeeping and office organisation
  • Assisting with stock takes, quality checks and adhoc supportive tasks

The candidate:

  • Luxury retail experience with a background in bridal is a plus
  • Friendly, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Organised and diligent
  • Keen ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers across all departments
  • Capacity for attention to detail
  • A true passion for providing an excellent customer experience and building strong relationships with customers.
  • The role is dynamic and varied and requires a responsible candidate with great reasoning skills who strives for efficiency and using initiative

To Qualify:

  • Excellent communication & customer relationship management skills
  • Team player
  • Strong problem solving and reasoning skills.
  • Though luxury retail experience is a plus, we are also interested in meeting people who feel passionate about such an opportunity and would love to offer an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
